Opt-In Screenshots

These screenshots show the Pingvite onboarding flow where users explicitly provide SMS consent via 2 dedicated checkboxes, separate from the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. One SMS checkbox is for messages like invitations and reminders, while the other one is for OTPs. Only the OTP checkbox is mandatory for app use, we rely on SMS for sign up and log in. To make visible that only the OTP checkbox is required, we're sharing both unchecked and checked status screenshots below.
