3. SMS Messaging

• By checking the OTP SMS consent box during sign-up, you agree to receive Pingvite SMS OTPs. This is required for using Pingvite.

• By checking the invitations and reminders consent box during sign-up, you agree to receive Pingvite SMS for invitations and reminders. This is not required for using Pingvite. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

• Message & data rates may apply.

• We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.

• We only share data with trusted service providers when necessary to provide the core functionality of the Pingvite app (for example, Twilio for SMS delivery). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.

• We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Your Rights

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
