Welcome to Pingvite, a social app designed to help friends meet more often in real life by reducing the friction of scheduling. Pingvite is operated by Hoessly Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in Switzerland (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating a Pingvite account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

• Pingvite is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
  
  

2. SMS Messaging

• By opting in during account creation, you agree to receive verification code SMS messages. Receiving verification code SMS messages is required for using Pingvite, we only use SMS messages for user authentication.

• Optionally, you can opt in to receive invitation and reminder SMS messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS or by contacting us at info@hoesslylabs.com. Reply HELP for help.

• Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using Pingvite, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
